- Return Period
You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Eligible Products
We only accept returns if the product:
Arrives damaged or defective.
Has manufacturing errors.
Does not match the model or color ordered.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of used, scratched, tampered with, or installed cases.

Our team will evaluate your case and respond within 24–48 hours.
- Product Shipping
Once the return is approved:
We will provide you with the address to which you should send the product.
The customer covers the return shipping cost, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
- Refunds
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase and may take between 3 and 7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your case for a different model or color and the product is in perfect condition, we can do so provided it is in stock. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
